You'd think they learned from the constant hype train for months and then lackluster, usually buggy release.

Now they're slamming the emergency [NINJA GAME] button to try and curry favor, but Ghost of Tsushima beat them to the punch. What's the point in buying this? I severely doubt that Ubisoft has anything new or interesting to do with the concept.
Now, if they really want to win me back they should make a Western, I want a poncho that doubles as a hood goddangit!

zini LinkI recently saw the Fallout TV show, and it was surprisingly good. It was enough to give me the Fallout bug and I've been playing through the 2nd game. It is surprising how much the first two Fallout games hold up. The atmosphere is impeccable and the dialogue is great. Although the combat is pretty archaic. I find myself running from most encounters, it's just not worth it most of the time. Fallout 2 is also loooooooong. Almost double Fallout 1 (still around the length of the 3D Fallout games). I'd recommend 1&2 for any Fallout fan, don't let the isometric world and turnbased combat turn you away.

zini LinkIt's bittersweet. Great for sharing games with my brothers, not so good for cheating the system. And I did my fair share of both. Oh well. I can see their justification for it. It is a bit concerning that someone in my family can get me banned seemingly permanently from a game just because we share a library, but steams support is good so maybe there's a way to appeal?

zini LinkI liked putting a few minutes into The Escapists on the bus and chipping away at an escape plan. It's perfectly reasonable for a game developer to include a early-leaver penalty, and if I were the kind of person to enjoy ranked modes I would be grateful...I get it, but I still don't like it! I'd much rather hop onto Titanfall 2, get some frags and leave if I get bored than be forced to stay in an OW game for it's entire duration even if I lost interest half-way through.

zini LinkIf it's a competitive game it needs to have a mostly casual community. I can't stand ranked game modes, they always bring out the worst in people. zini LinkGet helping hands. They may not seem essential, but if you have less than 3 arms they're a must. You can buy cheap ones for jewellery making but they're pretty stiff and not so great for small...Get helping hands. They may not seem essential, but if you have less than 3 arms they're a must. There are also pricier ones with a magnifying glass (fancy), but you'd probably be better off saving the money and getting a real microscope.

People are always going to find ways to be juuuuust clothed enough to stay within the TOS because ultimately that's where the demand is. It's smarter to limit it like this rather than trying to have an NSFW arms race that just catches undeserving people in the crossfire.

ls | select-stringsearches the contents of the file and sometimes the Windows Explorer search function does as well. If you want to search file names only you can usels *net*. You could probably use something like HxD for viewing that ASE file.
And this is my point that, to their detriment Ubisoft refuses to change.
